Both programs target core strength but with different approaches. CXWORX is 30 minutes of intense core work using resistance bands and weight plates. CORE evolved from CXWORX with updated music and choreography. This collection includes both programs, giving you maximum variety.
Do I need equipment for CORE workouts?
